Scheduling & Appointments

Patient Coordinators will be available to schedule your appointment and answer your questions. You may schedule your appointment directly, but, for most exams, you must bring a completed physician referral form with you to the appointment. Your physician’s office can also call to schedule an appointment. Please provide 24 hour notice if you need to change your appointment so that other patients may be accommodated.

If you are having your mammogram with us for the first time, please be sure to bring previous films from your former provider. Also, prior films or CDs for any follow-up study we did not perform are important to us so that we can compare any changes that may have occurred since your previous exam.
