Reviewing your bill can be a confusing and frustrating process. At Lake Medical Imaging, we have provided a link to our billing system to make this process easier! Our purpose is to provide anytime access to patients' account so that they may have assistance in interpreting many of the charges on the statement.
As a patient of Lake Medical Imaging or Lake Vascular Institute, you should have received an account number and password (PIN) on your last statement. Click on the link below to login to the site. You will instantly be able to access information regarding your account. You can view a detailed breakdown of each entry, and even update your address. If you do not have a copy of your statement, a duplicate can be provided to your from our billing office.
Beginning January 1, 2007, Lake Medical Imaging and Vascular Institute undertook a transition from one billing company to another. Due to this change, some patients have received revised bills in error, or have been told that they have been referred to a collections agency. Please accept our apology if you have received a bill in error; we are hopeful that, ultimately, this change in companies will have a positive impact for both Lake Medical Imaging and our valued patients.
